For collaboration sessions, Cadence is now using WebEx by Cisco, the market leader in global on-demand web conferencing solutions.

To participate in a collaboration session with a Cadence Customer Support engineer, you will need to have an open Case.

  • If you already have an open Case, simply contact the Case owner and tell them you would like to have a collaboration session.
  • If not, open an Case at the Cadence Online Support site. When contacted by the Case owner, inform them that you wish to participate in a collaboration session.
