The My Support page provides personalized information about your interactions with Cadence and the Online Support site. It includes the following areas:
The My Favorites area lists a portion of the various Favorites that you have established. For more information, see the My Favorites help page.
The My Requests area provides quick access to your most recent Cases . To view the details of one of these Cases, simply click on the title of the applicable Case. You can also create a new Case or view all of your existing Cases.
The My Alerts area lists a portion of the different Alerts that match your preferences. For more information, see the My Alerts help page.
The My Search History area provides links to the most recent searches you performed on the Cadence Online Support site. Click on an item to re-execute that search to see the most up-to-date results.
