This section on the right top is especially designed for new users to help them started using the website quickly and effectively.


History 

View History link just below the search box maintains user's browing history in reverse chronological order. History can also be searched by using the search box present in the View History box.


Quick Access Buttons 

Quick links at the middle of the home page provide quick access to the most used types of documents. What's New, Troubleshooting Information and Video Library show results based on your search preferences if set any, whereas Installation & Licensing and Product Manuals do not honor search preferences.


New Content Availability 

The icon shows the number of new content published on Cadence Support website in last one month. The number is adjusted accordingly if you have set any notification preferences. Clicking on the link or icon opens the list of new items. You can also modify your notification preferences by click Edit Preferences


Cadence Support News 

The Cadence Support News area provides information related to the support of Cadence's products, or about the Online Support site itself. Click on an article's title to view the details of that item. You can also view all active articles.

Feedback button on the right hand side is present on every page. Clicking icon on the right top opens feedback pane. Feedback submitted by users is reviewed by experts at Cadence and appropriate action is taken.


Contribute Content 

Contribute Content page can be reached through button on the header. This allows you to provide a solution to Cadence which you feel might benefit other users. Potential solutions that you submit to Cadence will be reviewed by Customer Support to determine whether the solution is suitable to publish to the Cadence Support site.
